Just as the sky shifts from one moment to the next, so do people. While creating shelters for a typhoon-struck village, I set out to clear drenched crops and torn roofs, only to realize people’s emotional distress had far outgrown their physical losses. It became clear that the expression of empathy should be an ongoing process; design is only meaningful when it moves and evolves with people.

I resonate with malleable design problems that focus on longevity and extended support, where there really isn’t a design_prd_final.pdf to brainstorm for. It is my goal to create experiences that celebrate shared knowledge, so the journeys they inspire naturally come in the form of interpersonal dialogues, visuals, or changing spaces.
